Об’єкт insurance:
Civil liability insurance of citizens of Ukraine who own or otherwise legally possess weapons for damage that may be caused to a third person or his property as a result of possession, storage or use of these weapons.

Insurance risks:
Insurance risk випадкова подія, внаслідок настання якої у Страхувальника виникає зобов'язання згідно з чинним законодавством України відшкодувати шкоду завдану ним третім особам внаслідок здійснення Застрахованої діяльності.

The size of the insured amount (liability limit):

100 000 (сто тисяч) гривень, в т.ч.: на відшкодування шкоди, заподіяної життю та health Потерпілих третіх осіб – 50 000 (п'ятдесят тисяч) гривень; на відшкодування шкоди, заподіяної майну Потерпілих третіх осіб – 50 000 (п'ятдесят тисяч) гривень; The insured sum (liability limit) is set in the national currency.

Limitations/Features of the Insurance Product

The Insurer does not indemnify the damage caused to the Insured (the person whose liability is insured).

Non-refundable:

- fines, penalties and other charges;

- costs for compensation for moral damage, lost profits;

- damage caused to the surrounding natural environment or force majeure.

The Agreement does not apply to: to the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation (including its allies and/or armed formations subordinate to the power structures of the Russian Federation and its allies or private individuals); territorial communities that are located in the area of military (combat) operations or that are under temporary occupation, encirclement (blockade); populated areas, on the territory of which the state authorities of Ukraine temporarily do not exercise their powers, and populated areas located on the demarcation line (in accordance with normative legal acts approved in accordance with the procedure established by law); territories that are directly defined in this point or that are not included in the specified list and at the same time are closer than 50 kilometers from the contact line.

Basic conditions of insurance

The size of the insurance tariff is set depending on the size of the franchise, the procedure for paying the insurance premium, etc.

Мmaximumний розмір страхової премії/тарифу – 100 000 грн.

Franchise conditional or unconditional franchise can be set in the amount from 0% to 50%.

Area of action – Україна.

Term of insurance is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be less than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract:

Мінімальний строк actions of the Agreement – 1 рік.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the Agreement – 3 роки.

The validity period of the Agreement can be extended by concluding the next insurance agreement.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement. (if the term of the contract is more than 1 year, the insurance period is additionally indicated in the Contract).

- the facts of the assignment of damages, the cause of which were events similar to the events, in the event of the occurrence of which the Agreement is concluded, which arose before the conclusion of the Agreement;

- Other circumstances affecting insurance risk assessment.

Можливі наслідки для споживача в разі невиконання ним обов’язків, визначених договором insurance:
- non-payment of the insurance premium in full within the term established by the contract has the consequence that the insurance contract does not enter into force;
- non-payment of the next part of the insurance premium within the term established by the contract is the basis for early termination of the contract;
- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;
