- в частинand insurance витрат, інших, ніж медичні, пов’язаних з наданням допомоги особам, які потрапили в скрутне становище під час здійснення подорожі (поїздки) за кордон - можливі збитки чи витрати, яких може зазнати ЗО та /або близькі родичі ЗО.

Insurance risks:

в частинand insurance медичних витрат пов’язаних з наданням допомоги (асистанс) ЗО є: захворювання ЗО, розлад здоров’я внаслідок an accident;
в частинand insurance інших, ніж медичні витрати, пов’язаних з наданням допомоги особам які потрапили в скрутне становище під час здійснення подорожі (поїздки) є: розлад здоров’я ЗО який призвів до витрат інші ніж медичні.

Limitations of insurance

Persons who, on the date of concluding the Agreement, cannot be insured:

are over 75 years old;
persons recognized as incapacitated in accordance with the procedure established by law; mentally ill persons;
persons engaged in (or planning to engage in) the following sports: mountaineering, rock climbing, mountain tourism (rising more than 2500 m above sea level), parachuting, hang gliding, paragliding, diving (depth more than 40 meters), football, hockey;
professional athletes.

Basic conditions of the insurance product

Мінімальний розмір страхової премії/тарифу – 80 грн.

Мmaximumний розмір страхової премії/тарифу – 54 200 грн.

Unconditional franchise from 0 (Euro) to 300 (Euro).

Territory and term of validity of the insurance contract :

Territory of the Agreement - зазначено в Частині 1 Agreement, крім: території України; країни постійного проживання Страхувальника/ЗО; країни тимчасового прихистку (терміном більше 12 місяців); території країни громадянської приналежності, у випадку якщо Страхувальник /ЗО не є громадянином України; зони збройних конфліктів та країни, які знаходяться під наглядом або санкцією ООН; зони епідемій за визначенням ВООЗ, якщо є рекомендації/інформація Міністерства охорони здоров’я України та/або Міністерства закордонних справ щодо заборони чи уникнення подорожей у певну країну.

The insurance term is defined in the insurance contract and cannot be shorter than the minimum term of the contract or longer than the maximum term of the contract.

The minimum term of the contract is 1 day.

Мmaximumний строк actions of the contract – 365 днів.

The validity period of the contract can be extended by concluding the next insurance contract.

The insurance period is equal to the term of the Agreement.

Договір набирає силу о 00 год. 00 хв. (за Kyivським часом) дати, наступної за датою надходження 100% страхової премії на рахунок Insurer та закінчується о 24 год. 00 хв. дати, що зазначена в договорand insurance, як дата закінчення строку actions of the contract insurance.

- in case of non-payment of the insurance premium, the insurance contract does not enter into force, or in case of payment of the insurance premium in installments, the contract takes effect prematurely;

- in case of untimely notification of the occurrence of an insured event, the Insurer may refuse to make an insurance payment or reduce its amount;
